Refund Policy

Refunds are not permitted if requested less than 24 hours before the start of the show. For requests made more than 24 hours in advance, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method. All refund requests must be submitted via email. Requests made by phone will not be accepted or processed correctly. Please include your order number in your email to ensure a prompt response.

If you are unable to attend the show at the scheduled date and time, and you notify us in advance (even with less than 24 hours' notice), we will do our best to accommodate you at a later show/date, subject to availability. However, we cannot guarantee a spot.

If your credit card provider applies any fees for the refund process, these will be the responsibility of the customer.

In the unfortunate event of the death of an immediate family member, hospitalization, or other extraordinary circumstances occurring within 24 hours of the show, please email us with the appropriate supporting documentation, and we will review your case. Any such claims without proper documentation cannot be processed.

Ticket Changes

We strive to be as flexible as possible. If you contact us more than 24 hours in advance, we can guarantee a change of date and time for your show, subject to availability. For requests made within 24 hours of the show, we will do our best to accommodate you, but a change of date/time cannot be guaranteed.
